This is part one of the series on how to make a con legal Katana with only a razor Knife and sandpaper.
Materials needed
High density foam insulation 13mm (1/2") thick
2 mm plywood
paper (newspaper is good)
Razor knife with a new blade (Olfa Black if you can get it}
sandpaper 80 grit or coarser., 220 grit
